What is a host agency, and how does it work?
A host agency is a business that provides independent travel agents with the tools, training, support, and resources needed to run their own travel business. When you join Jus Adventures, you operate independently under our umbrella, gaining access to our supplier relationships, commission structures, and community—all while building your brand and business.

Do I need prior travel industry experience to join?
Not at all. In fact, many of our agents are brand new to the travel industry. We specialize in helping new and aspiring agents get started with step-by-step guidance, hands-on training, and ongoing mentorship to set you up for long-term success.

What kind of training do you offer?
We offer comprehensive training that covers everything from booking travel and working with suppliers to marketing your business and building client relationships. Training is self-paced but supported by live calls, webinars, and mentorship opportunities. You’re never on your own.

Are there any hidden fees or sales quotas?
We pride ourselves on transparency. There are no hidden fees, no signup costs, and no sales minimums. You choose the commission plan that fits your goals, and you can change it at any time—no pressure, no surprises.

How do commissions work?
When you book travel through our preferred suppliers, you earn a commission on each sale. You’ll receive a percentage of that commission based on your selected plan. We offer some of the most competitive commission splits in the industry, and we’ll walk you through how it works in detail during your onboarding.

Can I work part-time or alongside another job?
Absolutely. Many of our agents start part-time and grow at their own pace. Whether you want a side income or a full-time career in travel, we’ll help you build a business that fits your lifestyle and goals.

From the moment you join, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary onboarding call. From there, you’ll have access to our agent portal, training resources, mentorship, and a supportive community of fellow agents. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.
